Thank you for shopping with Petish! We are committed to delivering your pet essentials with care and efficiency.
1. Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on it!
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped using a standard service and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free for orders over £25. For orders under £25, a flat shipping fee of £1.99 applies.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status and tracking details by logging into your account on our website.
If you haven't received it within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@getpetish.com.
5. Delivery Issues
Please make sure the delivery address is correct at checkout.
If your package is lost or delayed, contact us at hello@getpetish.com or via Instagram DMs for assistance.
6. Changing or canceling your order
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getpetish.com and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
