Petish Returns & Refund Policy

At Petish, we want both you and your pet to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to offer a smooth and caring after-sales experience.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in the original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or soiled products cannot be returned.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Customized items (e.g., engraved collars) unless there is a quality issue;

Returns requested after the 14-day window;

Items not purchased through our official store.

Return Process

1. Log in to your account on our website, go to your order history, and submit a return request with your reason for return. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at hello@getpetish.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

3. Once you've posted your return, please email us at hello@getpetish.com with your order number, tracking number, and postage receipt.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. If your return is due to a product defect, we will reimburse your return shipping costs, simply include your postage receipt in the email and we'll add it to your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please submit a return request on your order page and select the relevant reason. In the notes, let us know whether you'd prefer a free replacement or a full refund. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll take care of it straight away. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is always on us.

Exchanges

If you need to change the size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
