Orders & Shipping

Q1: Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK. International shipping is something we're working on and will announce when available.

Q2: How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Q3: How much does shipping cost?

Standard delivery: £1.99. Free shipping on orders over £25.

Q4: Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@getpetish.com.

Q5: Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getpetish.com and we'll do our best to help.

Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Sizing & Fit

Q6: How do I choose the right size?

We recommend measuring your dog before ordering.

For harnesses and collars, measure the widest part of your dog's chest (for harnesses) or neck (for collars).

See our full Size Guide for detailed measurements and breed recommendations.

Q7: My dog is between sizes. What should I do?

If your dog's measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size.

A snug but comfortable fit provides better support, stability, and overall comfort, while preventing the harness from shifting during movement.

For example, if your dog's measurements fit both S and M, choose S. If they fit both M and L, choose M.

If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us, we're happy to help you find the best fit.

Q8: Are your harnesses suitable for all breeds?

At this stage, the Petish Origin harnesses and leashes are designed for small dogs with a more substantial build, as well as medium and large dogs, and are especially well suited for medium to large breeds.

They may not be an ideal fit for very small or slender dogs, such as dachshunds or similar petite breeds.

We are currently developing new styles and an XS size (smaller than our current S), designed specifically for very small dogs. More thoughtfully tailored options will be available soon.

Q9: Are the sizes true to the measurements listed?

Yes. All measurements listed in our Size Guide reflect the actual adjustable range of each product.

We recommend measuring your dog and comparing directly to the size chart rather than going by breed alone, as dogs vary significantly even within the same breed.

Products

Q10: What are your products made of?

All harnesses, collars, and leashes are made from high-density waterproof nylon with rust-proof metal hardware.

Harnesses include a soft breathable mesh inner layer and dual leash rings. Collars feature a soft inner lining and reflective detailing. Leashes come with a padded handle and a 360° swivel clip.

All products are built for everyday use.

Q11: Why does my product look slightly different from the photos?

Due to our design and cutting process, each piece features slight variations in color and pattern placement.

These differences are subtle and intentional — no two pieces are exactly the same, though the overall look and color tone remain consistent.

We see this as part of what makes each product unique.

Q12: How should I care for my Petish products?

Hand wash recommended in cold water with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry — air dry only. Do not bleach or iron. Store away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colors.

With proper care, your Petish products will maintain their quality and appearance over time.

Q13: Are your products safe for dogs?

Yes. All hardware is nickel-free and all materials are tested to be safe for everyday use.

If your dog has specific sensitivities or skin conditions, please consult your vet before use.

Q14: Do you offer matching sets?

Yes. All designs are available across harnesses, collars, and leashes, so you can mix or match as you like.

For a complete look, we recommend the same design across all three.

Returns & Refunds

Q15: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To start a return, visit your order page on our website and submit a return request — you'll be asked to select a reason for the return. Once approved, you'll receive an email with full instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-quality-related returns.

Q16: What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

We check every product before shipping, but if something isn't right when it arrives, we're here to make it right.

Simply go to your order page on our website and submit a return request. Select the relevant reason and let us know in the notes whether you'd prefer a free replacement or a full refund. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll take care of it straight away. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is always on us.

Q17: How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Q18: Do you offer exchanges?

If you need to change the size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Q19: Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in London, manufactured overseas and shipped to our UK warehouse, where all orders are fulfilled.

We work with manufacturers we trust and test all products ourselves before they go on sale.

Q20: Are you a sustainable brand?

Sustainability is something we think about carefully.

We don't overproduce, we release small quantities and prioritise quality over volume.

We're still a young brand, and we're honest about the fact that we're learning and improving. It's a journey we're committed to.

Q21: Will you restock sold-out items?

It depends on the product. Core collection items may be restocked, while limited edition and seasonal designs are not restocked once sold out.

Q22: How can I be featured on your Instagram?

Tag us in your photos using #petishlondon or @petish_london and we may feature your dog on our page.

We love seeing how Petish lives in the real world.

Q23: Do you work with influencers or brand ambassadors?

We occasionally collaborate with creators and dog owners whose aesthetic aligns with ours.
